About Cecilia

Cecilia Engquist, PCC, M.S. Psych

pcc-web-sitesCecilia is an instructor and mentor coach at Envision Coach Training. She is an executive and leadership development coach, having worked since 2002 to provide coaching and consulting in the areas of performance improvement, leadership development, and career choices. Cecilia has worked with clients in a broad spectrum of industries including oil and gas, health care, finance and banking, manufacturing, education, and with entrepreneurs. She is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Professional Certified Coach and educated in Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning. Cecilia has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master in Psychology and is the President of ICF Houston.

Cecilia’s specialty is helping leaders understand their true strengths and develop their emotional intelligence in order to establish trust, create engagement, and enhance the ability to inspire team members. She understands the significance of engaging a body-mind-soul approach so that leaders can truly embrace being a leader, as opposed to “doing leadership”. Clients appreciate her ability to get to core issues fast and provide individualized coaching appropriate to the current situation. The easily applicable and practical tools learned in the coaching relationship are often used for years to come – and passed on to the benefit of others.

Cecilia has an international background, having worked, lived, and studied in various countries on 3 continents since her teenage years. Prior to becoming a coach, her corporate work experience ranged from multinational companies to smaller entrepreneurial firms where she worked with management consultancy within change management and strategic HR.

Cecilia represented her native Sweden in the 2010 World Equestrian Games in a 100-mile endurance race, and is a marathon and trail runner. She brings her international athlete experience into every working relationship.
