Our Dynamic Duo

Jeff Evans, Ph.D MCC and Justina Vail Evans, MCC CHt—also known as "J&J"—are a husband and wife team. They are co-founders of Envision Coach Training as well as Envision Global Leadership (EGL) a leadership assessments provider (LeaderNAV^TM).

Jeff and Justina met in 2002 at a hypnotherapy training in Lafayette, California where they quickly realized their interests intersected. With very different backgrounds and life experiences they felt a synergy of knowledge, perspective, and intention would provide a great basis for a wonderful personal and professional relationship. They have proven themselves to be right!
