Justina Vail Evans, MCC CHt
Justina is our Director of Education and is one of the two founders of the school. She is also co-owner of Envision Global Leadership, a leadership assessment provider (LeaderNAVTM and ALII-MapTM). Justina works closely with the International Coach Federation (ICF) to maintain the high curriculum and testing standards that have given Envision Coach Training its reputation as a world-class training and certification organization.
Justina has worked since 2002 in the coaching field, providing executive coaching and personal and professional development coaching and consulting. Her credentials include ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Certified Executive Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro-Linguistics) Master Practitioner, and Grief Recovery Specialist. Justina is also a speaker, award-winning author and award-winning actress. Her clients include executives, small business owners and entertainment professionals, some at major corporations including Chevron, Warner Brothers Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, and Twentieth Century Fox, as well as at non-profits such as the Houston Ballet and Habitat for Humanity.
Justina is author of the award-winning book How to be a Happy Actor in a Challenging Business: A Guide to Thriving Through it All, and is an expert contributing writer for BackStage Magazine, the world's leading magazine for actors.
Justina served as thought partner in the design of CoachRice, a coach training program created for The Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University. Along with Dr. Jeff Evans, Justina served as faculty, delivering the training pilot and enabling program approval from ICF.
Additionally, Justina is a registered ICF Mentor Coach and works regularly to support other coaching professionals. She encourages a focus on high levels of coaching competency as well as the ability to be acutely present and in alignment with the client and their needs, creating rapport and a safe place to create powerful change.
