Lori is an instructor and mentor coach at Envision Coach Training. She has nearly thirty years of experience in the Organizational Development field, and is known for her work in change management, coaching, leadership training and development, high performance teamwork, organization design, Human Resource process improvement and systems implementation. She has a strong natural ability to easily establish rapport and develop trusting relationships with her clients.
Lori brings significant experience with food manufacturing, consumer products, manufacturing, health care, oil & chemical, and paper products companies, as well as non-profit and government sector organizations experiencing transition. She has designed and implemented complete training and development programs at Clorox and Foster Farms, established leadership development programs, facilitated senior leadership teams and non-profit boards, and conducted comprehensive cultural change and organizational improvement efforts for many companies including: Leprino Foods, The Clorox Company, Foster Farms, Sun-Diamond Growers, FMC Corporation, Shell Oil Company, Weyerhauser Paper Company and a variety of other organizations.
