The Path of Coaching Excellence
Coaching is a rapidly growing field generating close to US $2 billion in annual revenue/income. Businesses and individuals are beginning to understand the need for quality control and a standardization of coaching competencies in a profession as yet fairly unregulated. That's why "84 percent of adult consumers who had experienced a coaching relationship reported that it was important for coaches to hold a credential." (from 2010 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study)
To become a masterful and credentialed coach, there are some steps to take. We aim to make that path as easy as possible. Take a look at the different steps that can lead you to becoming a skilled and credible coach.

Training
Your training is the foundation of your coaching practice. Choosing a higher level of training will provide a higher level of coaching to your coachees. The impact you have on individuals and your organization will emerge accordingly.
Certification
84% of individuals and organizations using coaching reported that it was important for coaches (and managers using coaching) to hold a credential.
Mentor Coaching
At least 10 hours of mentor coaching is required prior to applying for ICF certification. We provide highly experienced mentor coaches as an a la carte service.
