Since 2002 Justina has supported people across the corporate, nonprofit, education, and entertainment sectors, from major film studios to global leadership firms. She has done this through her various companies, including Envision Coach Training (ECT), Envision Global Leadership (EGL) and her private practice JVE Coaching. Justina’s purpose is to help people embody their values through how they lead, communicate, and evolve.

With more than 35 years of experience, Jeff has dedicated his career to leadership development, human systems change, and organizational growth. He has worked closely with C-level executives as both a trusted business consultant and an executive coach, helping leaders and organizations achieve lasting impact. He is the founder of Envision Global Leadership (EGL) and inventor of the proprietary leadership intelligence instrument ALII®.
Cecilia Stråhle Engquist, MSc MCC

Cecilia coaches mid-level management to senior executives as they develop transformational leadership skills and courageous leadership. She has worked in various industries such as energy, government, health care, finance. She has held various leadership positions within the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and currently serves as Vice Chair of Operations on their Ethical Conduct Review Board for maintaining ethics within the global coaching industry.

Corey has coached hundreds of executives and leaders in corporate, government, and international NGO sectors. He is a highly experienced Mentor Coach, ICF Assessor and has supported countless coaches in developing coaching mastery and earning ICF credentials. Corey’s coaching and mentoring approach is focused on the whole person and his/her developmental journey of optimizing success at work by leveraging existing strengths and building on opportunities for development.

Envision comes out of decades of working with managers, executives and leaders in some of the largest corporations in the world. Your instructors and mentors are highly experienced ICF Master (MCC) level coaches, most of whom have worked independently as well as inside organizations in a variety of managerial and leadership roles.
HIGHLY INTERACTIVE
The majority of our program training hours are live and highly interactive. We provide ample skill-drills, practicums and coaching exercise in all of our live trainings. Our a-synchronous training sessions are given via our online learning platform and consist of studio-quality video of instructional presentations and master-level coaching demonstrations.

We teach our participants what it takes to work with highly successful clients, including executives, leaders and large business owners. This means they are equipped to work with ALL levels of client in all industries. The client range can encompass college students to leaders in some of the largest organizations in the world.

We train and credential people from all walks of life and professions. Our participants comprise of approx. 40% independent coaches and consultants, and 60% Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Talent Management professionals using coaching skills inside organizations such as Chevron, Shell, Cisco, NASA, Aetna, Texas A&M, Rice University, Sutter Health, and City of Houston, among many others.

Envision Coach Training, LLC is a woman-owned small business with a personal, hands-on approach. Unlike some of the large ‘factory style’ coach training schools, this small business provides direct access to faculty and staff and has a commitment to robust support. Our Director of Education, Justina Vail Evans, is also primary owner. She is involved in most of the training and mentoring, and supports participants directly.
BIG REPUTATION
Accredited by the ICF since 2011, we’ve packed a punch in the coaching profession with our accredited programs. Our track record is pretty darned good. We’ve even been brought in to develop other coach training programs and get them ICF accredited — CoachRICE for example. We provide multiple resources for new and established coaches with our certification programs, courses, and support offerings.
Bottom-line, we are not a big sausage factory kind of organization. We don’t have big marketing budgets and flashing lights to pull you in. We don’t have a conveyor belt to plonk you on. We won’t squeeze you through our processes and spit you out the other end. Our leadership doesn’t put locked office doors and firewalls in front of you.

Our History
Envision Coach Training (ECT) was originally part of Envision Global Leadership (EGL), a company that provides leadership and executive coaching, as well as their unique leadership and organization development tool, ALII® (Actionable Leadership Intelligence Instrument).
The CEO of EGL, Dr. Jeff Evans, was looking for a coach training program to send his pool of coaches to. However, nothing out there taught the level of coaching skills required to serve EGL’s prestigious clients. Most training programs were geared for life coaching or were very basic. So, Dr. Evans developed his own coach training program. Along with his partner and wife, Justina Vail Evans, Dr. Evans created a high level curriculum that focused on executive coaching, organization systems, gestalt modalities, human development, and master-level coaching skills.
The program was accredited by the International Coaching Federation in 2011 and was then opened to receive public enrollment.
Since then ECT has become it’s own company and has expanded out to provide its high-level coach certification program, advanced coach training modules, group and team coach training, as well as mentor coaching and coaching supervision.
