How We Engage
Both One-on-One and Group Mentor Coaching is provided online via Zoom.
The one-to-one mentor coaching is scheduled between you and your mentor.
The groups are on a schedule that provides at least 7 dates to choose your five sessions from.
The Logistics of One-on-One
We work in one-hour sessions where we listen to a 30-minute pre-recorded coaching session between you and a coachee.
Your mentor then gives you tailored feedback about your areas of strength, your unique coaching style, as well as areas for development.
Your mentor will also give you practical suggestions to strengthen aspects of your unique coaching style so you can demonstrate the ICF coaching competencies more robustly.
The Logistics of Group
We work in 1.5-hour sessions where we listen to a 30-minute coaching session between a coach and a coachee.
You will be asked to serve as a coach and/or client in at least one session. When you’re in an observer role you will be given an assignment during the coaching session.
Your mentor will then give tailored feedback about the coach’s areas of strength, unique coaching style, as well as areas for development.
The mentor will also provide practical suggestions that will enable you to more robustly demonstrate the ICF coaching competencies.
